At Simone Pérèle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your lingerie or swimwear does not provide the perfect fit, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and hygiene seals attached inside the original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
